Terms & conditions of sale

PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING. THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE ON ANY AND ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH STOAI CONCEPT, INC.

Please review the following terms and conditions carefully, and check them periodically for changes. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you should not purchase goods, services or products from STOAI CONCEPT INC.

We maintain our website http://www.stoai-concept.com as a service to our customers, and by using our site you are agreeing to comply with and be bound to the following terms of use:

Acceptance of Agreement. You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") when buying items or products from STOAI CONCEPT, Inc. This Agreement constitutes the entire and sole agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings.

This Agreement may be amended by us at any time without specific notice. The latest Agreement will be posted on the website or at our MIAMI showroom, and said Agreement should be reviewed prior to buying.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Before delivery, you have 1 business day from the date of purchase to cancel your order without incurring fees. From then on, any cancellation will incurr a 30% re-stocking fee.

We would like to give you a Satisfaction warranty for your online order.
Accordingly, if you refuse the product for any reason or personal motive at the time of delivery, we will only charge a 20% re-stocking fee and offer a store exchange (credit) for the remaining balance. Moreover, if the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us and we will assess the situation with you.
We can expectionnaly provide you with a store credit for the original amount of the product less the restocking fee. However, the store credit will be valid for a period of ONE YEAR from the date on the invoice.

Please be careful when ordering your furniture and let us know if we can be of any assistance in selecting the right furniture to meet your needs (call +1 305-573-1117) . Always measure the space in which you are placing the furniture in.
We will not waive cancellation fees unless due to shipping damages. If in accordance we accept cancellation or replacement, along with the re-stocking fee (30% cancellation, 20% replacement), all returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Items will not be authorized for return after 3 days from the delivery date. After delivery, no exchange and no cancellations are accepted on products on sale or furniture obtained a special discount, the furniture on sale are purchased "as is" for any reason "display, storage etc".

We carefully hand-pack all furniture at our warehouse, but please inspect your delivery for any damages upon receipt.
It is important that you open and inspect your delivery with care.
Note any damages or shortages on the carrier’s receipt and specify if cartons are crushed, ripped or open. All damages must be reported within same day of receipt of merchandise. Please contact us by email at customers@stoai-concept.com or call us at +1 305-573-1117 for us to assess the situation.

If damages occur during transportation or are a result of the carrier's fault, please notify said problems to the shipping company immediately, keep a copy of all documents, and send us another copy of all documents, invoice, bill of lading,... in order to process insurance refund.

Online order Return Policy:
Due to the nature of our online website and the products listed, we, “STOAI CONCEPT INC”, have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product without accordance of STOAI CONCEPT INC. No product will be returned for a cash refund.

YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT “MIAMI”, “Florida” OR THE DISTRICT OF “Florida” IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE.
This site is created and controlled by “STOAI CONCEPT INC”, in the State of "Florida", USA. As such, the laws of “Florida” will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
