All delivery costs are calculated from our warehouse located in MIAMI, FL and lead times are calculated from the time of order .

Lead Times of your order:
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the decription of each product as "in stock" or "upon order" .
Generally, "in stock" lead times are from 3 to 7 business days from the time of order and "upon order" lead times are estimated from 8 to 15 weeks from the time of order.
We endeavor to ship as quickly as possible.

Delivery costs:
All items are quoted FOB STOAI Concept-warehouse (Miami, Fl). Please note that there are additional costs for delivery to door.

All orders are subject to a delivery charge per product in addition to the price, depending on the weight/volume and distance.

Note: All furniture can be PICKED UP at the MIAMI Showroom at no extra charge.
Call us before finalizing your order.

Most of our furniture ships by road freight and is too large to be sent through UPS or FedEx Ground services. We instruct all carriers to call for a pick up appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Most freight carriers can arrange delivery within 8 working days of shipment from our warehouse.

Furniture is normally shipped with curb side delivery service. The carrier is not responsible for the unpacking of the furniture, installation or set up at your location.

Special or airfreight services are available at an additional cost which may be quoted upon request at the time of order.
